A home remodeling project can be an expensive affair, depending on the size of the project, and can cost up to thousands of dollars. Hiring a contractor from hell can mean huge losses in terms of shoddy work and a delayed time schedule.
Millions of people choose to give their homes makeovers each year, spurred on by the dramatic transformations they see on TV home remodeling shows. The results of a home makeover on TV look so professional precisely because of that -- they are undertaken by a professional home improvement contractor. In the real world however, home owners still find themselves being duped by barely qualified, handymen who suddenly decide to begin offering friends and neighbors their "expert home remodeling services". If you're unaware that a person without a valid residential general contractor's license is not allowed to tinker with your home, it's easy to get taken in by grand claims and tall promises.
Our general contractor finding system is designed to put the power of transforming your home back into your hands. All you have to do to receive estimates from some of the most respected and experienced names in the home improvement service business is to fill out the form below. Within 48 hours, you will receive a selection of quotes from up to 4 home improvement contractors in Seattle. Compare skill sets, gauge the experience of the contractor before making a selection that fits into your budget. Remember, only a highly experienced and qualified residential contractor will give you the results you crave.
I am looking for estimates from contractors that can do remodeling of my two bathrooms and also lay hardwood floors throughout the main level of my house. I live in an average size duplex home

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. I feel that I need to get the ball rolling now so we know what we're talking about time wise and money wise. Please call / contact me with any questions. thank you.
